First animated intro. I originally didn't plan to make one but I thought that, just as most video games have title logos and intro sequences to immerse the player before even starting the game, it would help putting the Main Title into perspective.

Some scans I used for the Intro rapid sequence and background of the Main Title Menu. I downloaded Medical datas such as CT Scans, PET Scans and compiled them into a DICOM Viewer software so I could play around with views, speed and angles.

Some of the compiled medical datas used. I processed and animated the pictures in a DICOM Viewer. I then filmed my computer screen with my phone to corrupt the render and added a ton of post-process.

First animated mockup that ended up as the Hero Comp, this one was about visual explorations and main composition.

I loved the idea of a Matrix-like effect so I tried to mimic the effect with character strings offset, particle systems and some masking allowed me to make some characters glow and pop out, as to recreate encryption-decryption effect.

Ghost In The Shell - FUI Animation

This is a Ghost In The Shell fanart project that I started last year as a workshop for my colleagues.

In an attempt to make a fake Title Menu for a made-up video game for Ghost In The Shell, it evolved into a full-length animated project that would explore the theme and the core concept more in-depth. My goal was to combine both Ghost In The Shell movies identities into one, as well as honouring my biggest inspirations from the science-fiction genre.

This project is purely personal so I took some shortcuts when it comes to this video, regarding Sound Design to be more specific. I do not pretend to be a Sound Designer but didn't want this project to be ruined by terrible sound design, so I sampled some parts from Alien : Isolation, Metroid Dread and Ghost In The Shell.
